My First Yoga Class

Vulnerability is ok. Feeling lost and fight or flight is ok. Just remember your first Chakra, the root Chakra, and how to get past all of those internal volcanic past symptoms. The growth comes from letting go. Listening to your intuition, allowing the universe to guide you, and being ok with yourself and not forgetting service to others, gratitude, blessings, and to always be mindful. Present moment, here and now, just being, and being OK with that. Contentment, joy, laughter, and appreciation of this beautiful life.
